Upon engaging RightFish, each client is assigned a Program Manager who will lead a team of dedicated Research Analysts. During this collaborative process, RightFish will regularly communicate via phone, email, and the client portal to ensure accuracy of results and the direction of the search.

RightFish and the client will agree on the search path, expectations, and timeline. The minimum requirements for defining a qualified candidate will be documented.

RightFish will target and speak to an unlimited number of potentially qualified candidates. Our techniques, people, and technology allow us to be the most efficient resource available. In a timely manner, we compile a portfolio of candidates based on our clients’ needs.

We assess each candidate for fitment, based on skill set, availability, interest, and required compensation.

Upon completed assessment, RightFish will submit each candidate into the pre-defined hiring process outlined by our client. RightFish clients are free to contact, interview, and hire all candidates, as they see fit, with no additional cost or involvement from RightFish.
