Richard Stack | President & Chief Research OfficerRichard Stack serves as President of RightFish.
In this capacity, he is responsible for developing the long-term strategic vision and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company.
Stack's focus is on improved client satisfaction, operational effectiveness, new product development, and the acquisition of new customers.
Before joining RightFish, Stack was a Director and the head of North America & United Kingdom hiring for Kanbay Inc, a Capgemini Group Company. During his tenure there, he developed and implemented strategic recruiting initiatives and programs that drove record headcount growth and the creation of industry-recognized best practices in global sourcing, recruitment technology, and employment branding.
Immediately prior to his position at Kanbay Inc, Richard founded and managed Centervise, a private recruitment consultancy. Richard also co-founded Octave Technology, serving as President and Chief Marketing Officer. Previously, Richard was a Vice President & General Manager of start-up CareerRewards.com, a unique recruiting service that secured venture financing and was eventually sold to Manpower Staffing.
